EchoStar's 2025 financial results reveal a troubling trajectory, with revenue falling 5.2% to $15.0 billion as the company booked a staggering $14.5 billion net loss. The satellite communications provider blames impairment charges and network exit costs for the bloodbath, which included $17.7 billion in operating losses from write-downs of legacy infrastructure.
While interest income crept up to $228.7 million on stronger cash positions, free cash Flow remained deeply negative at -$1.74 billion. The continued erosion of pay-TV and broadband subscribers suggests fundamental challenges in EchoStar's core businesses aren't abating.
